Absolutely. Our Motorized Screens are one of the most popular solutions for screened-in porches. They mount at the openings and retract completely out of sight when not in use, giving you the flexibility to enjoy an open porch or an enclosed one depending on weather and preference.

Because every product is custom-built, pricing depends on the dimensions, product type, fabric selection, and installation complexity. We provide a detailed written quote after an on-site consultation where we measure your space and discuss your needs. There is no charge for the consultation or quote.

We collect a 10% deposit when you approve your quote and sign the order agreement. This deposit secures your place in our production schedule and covers initial materials procurement. The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation.

Typical lead time is 4 to 6 weeks from the date we receive your signed order and deposit. This includes manufacturing, quality inspection, and scheduling your installation. Lead times may vary during peak season (spring and early summer), so we recommend ordering early.

We accept checks, ACH bank transfers, and all major credit cards. For larger projects, we can discuss payment schedules. The 10% deposit is collected at order signing, with the balance due at installation completion.

Yes. Professional installation is included with every screen and awning purchase. Our trained installation crews handle all mounting, wiring, and testing. We do not sell products without installation; this ensures every unit is properly secured, level, and functioning correctly.

Most single-unit installations are completed in one day. Larger projects involving multiple screens or awnings may take two to three days. We will provide a time estimate when scheduling your installation and coordinate a convenient date that works for you.

Our screens and awnings come with a comprehensive manufacturer warranty that covers the motor, frame, and mechanical components. Fabric is warranted separately based on the material selected. We will provide full warranty documentation with your order. Our installation workmanship is also warranted against defects.

Maintenance is minimal. We recommend rinsing the fabric with a garden hose periodically to remove dust and pollen, and retracting screens and awnings during severe storms when not using a Hurricane Screen. Keep the guide tracks clear of debris. If you notice any operational issues, contact us for a service call rather than attempting repairs yourself.

First, check that the unit has power and the remote control batteries are fresh. If the issue persists, contact us directly. Our technicians can diagnose most problems remotely and schedule a service visit if needed. Do not attempt to manually force a motorized screen or awning, as this can cause damage.
