Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to answer your request and build your order. Nothing more, and we never sell it. Here is exactly what that means.

What we collect
- Estimate and contact requests. When you request a free estimate or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and ZIP code, along with the product configuration you built — the product, its options and add-ons, and the dimensions you entered — so our team can prepare an accurate quote.
- Deposits and orders. When you reserve a build slot with a deposit, we keep the same contact details plus your order details: the items in your quote, their configurations, and the deposit amount.
- Browser storage on your device. Your cart lives in your own browser's storage so it survives page reloads — it stays on your device until you send it to us. During checkout we briefly keep your entered details in the browser session so the confirmation page can show you a recap. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To respond to your estimate or contact request.
- To schedule measurement and installation, and to fulfill your order.
- To keep records of orders and deposits we have taken.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted pages. Your card number is entered with Stripe, not with us — it never touches our servers. We receive only a confirmation of payment and the details needed to match it to your order. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests for as long as we are working with you on them. We keep order and deposit records for as long as we need them to honor your order and warranty and to meet our bookkeeping obligations. When information is no longer needed, we get rid of it.
Deleting your information
If you want us to delete the information you have shared with us, just ask — reach us through the contact page or give us a call. We will remove what we can; some order records must be retained where the law or our bookkeeping requires it, and we will tell you if that applies.
