Built-to-order quality
Nothing comes off a shelf. Your product is fabricated to the measurements we take at your home, so it fits right, operates smoothly, and lasts. Quality starts before installation day.
Manufacturer-backed materials
Frames, fabrics, motors, and hardware are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If a covered component fails, we handle the claim and the fix — you make one call, to us.
Our workmanship guarantee
We stand behind the installation itself. If an issue traces back to how your product was mounted, anchored, or wired, we make it right.
If something stops working
Don't troubleshoot alone — let us look at it.
- Stop using the product if it's binding, sagging, or making unusual noise. Continued operation can turn a small fix into a big one.

- We diagnose and resolve it — coordinating the manufacturer's warranty claim when a component is at fault, and handling it ourselves when the installation is.
What isn't covered
Like any warranty, coverage has sensible limits:
- Storm damage beyond rated wind loads. Our products are engineered to published wind ratings; damage from conditions that exceed them isn't a product defect. Retract awnings and secure screens when severe weather is forecast.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs. Alterations, third-party repairs, or parts we didn't supply can void the manufacturer's coverage. If something needs attention, call us first.
